Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling M Plus Adds PartnerLink for Q-SYS

On 2 June 2026 Sennheiser announced the TeamConnect Ceiling M Plus, shortened to TCC M Plus. It is a ceiling microphone for meeting rooms, classrooms and divisible spaces of medium and large size, and the company planned to show it at InfoComm 2026. The model joins the existing TeamConnect Ceiling range.

PartnerLink

The main addition is a feature called PartnerLink. It lets the microphone be set up directly inside the software of an AV control platform. The first version was built together with Q-SYS: the TCC M Plus can be configured in Q-SYS Designer Software next to native Q-SYS components, covering both audio and control. Sennheiser said PartnerLink starts with Q-SYS and will reach other platforms later.

Gary Evans, Director of Alliances at QSC, said the aim is to make it easier to bring Sennheiser audio into Q-SYS.

Other integration methods supported by earlier TeamConnect models remain available, in line with the company's open approach to partners.

Pickup and installation

  • Dynamic beamforming follows talkers as room layouts and seating change.
  • Enhanced exclusion zones make it easier to define areas the microphone should ignore, which Sennheiser says improves pickup in complex rooms and the reliability of camera tracking.
  • Single-cable connection options and flexible mounting are meant to simplify installation.

Remote management

The microphone connects to DeviceHub, Sennheiser's cloud platform for managing devices. Through it, administrators can configure and monitor the TCC M Plus without installing extra tools. DeviceHub shows the status of devices across rooms, buildings and regions, supports remote diagnostics, and gives AV and IT staff different access roles. Sennheiser presents the combination as a way for organisations to standardise audio across many rooms and sites.
