Yamaha MGX mixers, URX interfaces and CC1 controller ship
Yamaha used the NAMM Show in January 2026 to present three product lines for audio professionals, musicians and content creators. They are the MGX digital mixing consoles, the URX audio interfaces and the CC1 USB controller. All three are already shipping.
MGX digital mixers
The MGX series continues the MG range but moves it to digital technology. There are four models: MGX16, MGX12, MGX16V and MGX12V. Each comes in black or white. All of them have a touch-panel interface, physical controls and many inputs and outputs. They support 32-bit/96 kHz audio and multi-channel streaming.
The two V models add a USB-HDMI audio and video interface with capture and pass-through. With it, a user can mix audio and at the same time capture video to a computer, then record or stream both together. Among the uses Yamaha names are live shows in cafes and halls, services in houses of worship, lectures and hybrid audio-video production. MGX prices start at $799.99.
URX audio interfaces
The URX series has three models: URX44, URX44V and URX22, also in black or white. Yamaha aims them at users who need more than an entry-level interface. Common features include:
- DSP mixing and effects controlled from a touchscreen;
- support for 32-bit/192 kHz;
- hands-on knobs, plus support for widely used controllers.
The URX44V also adds HDMI-USB video and audio capture. URX prices start at $399.99.
CC1 controller
The CC1 is a USB controller for music production, PC streaming, podcasts and video work. It has a 100 mm motorised fader that responds to touch and 12 LCD keys that work with Elgato's Stream Deck app. It integrates with DAWs such as Cubase, Nuendo and Pro Tools and works with OBS Studio. The CC1 costs $399.99.
