Razer Seiren V3 Pro: dynamic mic with USB-C, XLR and onboard DSP
Razer announced the Seiren V3 Pro on June 9, 2026, describing it as a professional-grade dynamic microphone for streamers, gamers and content creators. It is the first Razer microphone to offer both USB Type-C and XLR outputs, and reviews have listed it at $249.99.
Capsule and recording
The mic is built around a 30mm dynamic capsule with a cardioid pickup pattern and a frequency range of 50 Hz to 16 kHz. Over USB-C it works plug-and-play; over XLR it can join a setup with an audio interface or mixer. Through Razer Synapse on Windows it can record in 32-bit float, a format that gives far more dynamic range than standard 24-bit audio and helps avoid clipping with loud or unpredictable sources.
Processing on the microphone
A built-in DSP chip handles processing inside the mic itself, independent of the PC. It offers an AI noise remover, a compressor, a limiter and an expander, so the signal arrives already treated without plugins or extra software in the chain.
