Neumann launches Hear the Moment, its first global brand campaign
Neumann launched its first global brand campaign, called Hear the Moment, in Berlin on September 28, 2026. The campaign focuses on the moments when a creative idea takes form and on the role of reference audio quality across the production process. It also shows how the company supports creators across recording, production, monitoring and playback.
A film made without generative AI
At the centre of the campaign sits a cinematic brand film. It traces a piece of work from the first inspiration to the finished result, concentrating on the points where ideas turn into decisions. Its visual worlds were made together with artists, creative teams and professional production crews. Neumann says it deliberately did not use generative AI, to keep human creativity at the center.
One platform for the full signal chain
Hear the Moment brings the brand's communication under one global platform that covers its whole product range: microphones, audio interfaces, studio monitors, headphones and software. According to the company, the idea behind it is that creators need confidence in their tools to keep the original intent of a performance intact.
CEO Yasmine Riechers said Neumann has for decades stood for capturing musical moments authentically and now supports professionals through the entire production process. Marketing director Kana Shiraishi said the campaign puts the people behind creative work at its center and treats reference quality as the basis for decisions at every stage.
Where it runs
The first wave targets Germany, the UK and the US through digital channels, social media, trade press, online ads and selected outdoor placements in major music markets. Activity in Asia-Pacific markets is planned over the following year. Neumann was founded in 1928, has been part of the Sennheiser Group since 1991 and has recently integrated Merging Technologies.
