FIFINE TANK6S: USB/XLR dynamic mic now bundled with a desk stand
FIFINE has introduced the TANK6S, a dynamic microphone for streamers, podcasters and other voice creators that connects over either USB or XLR. The main change in this package is that the mic now arrives with FIFINE's BS2 adjustable desktop stand, so buyers do not need a separate boom arm to get started.
Specifications
- Type: dynamic microphone with USB and XLR outputs
- Recording: up to 24-bit at 192 kHz
- Signal-to-noise ratio: 70 dB
- Sensitivity: -54 dB
- Frequency response: 50 Hz to 18 kHz, tuned for speech
- Onboard controls: LED-lit mute button, gain knob, headphone monitoring output
FIFINE says the TANK6S combines a physical multi-layer noise reduction structure with built-in filtering, with the aim of reducing keyboard clicks and room noise before the signal is recorded, so that less editing is needed afterwards. The company positions the tuning as balanced for the human voice, usable both for live streaming and for podcast recording.
Dual connectivity and the BS2 stand
Having both USB and XLR has been a hallmark of the TANK6 line, and a FIFINE research and development manager said the new model continues that flexibility. FIFINE says users can move between plug-and-play use and a more professional studio setup without changing their equipment, whether they are beginners or run a more advanced rig. All key functions are on the microphone body, so no software is required for basic adjustments.
The bundled BS2 stand has a sloped, anti-slip base and adjusts in height from 7.1 to 10.2 inches, which lets users bring the capsule closer to mouth level at a desk.
Availability
FIFINE lists March 2026 as the start of sales, through its own online store and Amazon. The box contains the microphone, the height-adjustable stand, a USB-A to USB-A/C cable and a user manual. A price was not stated in the announcement.
