Shure reshapes its executive team with new operations and IT leaders
Shure announced three changes to its leadership on March 31, 2026, from its headquarters in Niles, Illinois. Two vice presidents are new to the company, and one long-serving officer joins the Executive Staff.
Operations and supply chain
Phil McPhee has joined as Vice President of Operations and Chief Supply Chain Officer and sits on the Executive Staff. He is responsible for Shure's global Operations Division and its supply chain. McPhee has more than twenty years of leadership experience in operations, manufacturing and sourcing in the pro and consumer audio industries, and has run multi-site operations in North America, Europe and Asia.
President and CEO Chris Schyvinck described him as a collaborative leader with a strong technical background and said his experience will add to the executive leadership team as the company keeps investing in its staff and capabilities.
Information technology
Jerome Nolasco is the new Vice President of Information Technology. He brings over 25 years of experience leading enterprise IT in several industries, including large digital transformation programs and the modernization of core platforms. His areas of expertise include ERP and CRM projects. He has also set up enterprise AI governance and worked on practical AI uses with sales, marketing, supply chain and finance teams.
Corporate initiatives
Althea Ricketts joins the Executive Staff while keeping her role as Vice President of Corporate Initiatives. She still heads Shure's strategy for inclusion, diversity, equity and access and its sustainability work, and now also oversees the Program Management Office. Schyvinck noted that she has been with Shure for more than 30 years, working over that time in global marketing and sales, customer service, strategic planning and support services. Outside the company she often represents Shure at industry events, and in 2025 she became President of WAVIT (Women in AV/IT).
