Shure becomes exclusive Headline Partner of InfoComm 2026

AVIXA, the organizer of InfoComm, has chosen Shure Incorporated as the exclusive Headline Partner of InfoComm 2026. The trade show for AV, IT, broadcast and AI-driven systems takes place at the Las Vegas Convention Center from June 13 to 19, with the exhibition floor open June 17-19. The announcement came in early March 2026.

In this role Shure takes on a larger part in shaping the event on site, through show-floor installations, talks and live demonstrations of audio and collaboration technology for work and entertainment settings.

What Shure will run at the show

  • The Pitch Activation Hub in the North Hall: a soccer-themed area about live event production, broadcast workflows and fan experiences, where Shure helps power demonstrations of audio and communication gear used in sports and entertainment.
  • The Smart Workplace Activation Hub in the Central Hall: a Class A office environment about hybrid work and meeting equity, where Shure provides the audio base for scenarios from everyday meetings to town halls and internal broadcasts.
  • A 90-minute takeover of the Vision Stage with Shure-led thought leadership and technical sessions.
  • A 20-minute session on the Spotlight Stage about how collaboration and pro audio systems are deployed in integrated AV setups.

The people behind the deal

Jenn Heinold, senior vice president of expositions for the Americas at AVIXA, said the partnership helps raise the attendee experience, especially where pro AV, broadcast and collaboration meet. Sean Bowman, associate vice president of sales for North America at Shure, said AI and IT standards have reshaped the way people use technology at work, at home and at play and that Shure wants to combine new products with knowledge of user workflows.

The rest of the program

InfoComm 2026 introduces a refreshed Work/Play show floor that splits AV solutions between functional and creative environments. Education sessions run June 13-19 in the West Hall meeting rooms. Topics include audio, conferencing, broadcast workflows, enterprise IT, learning spaces and live events, with a growing focus on the use of AI in AV systems and production.
